A message from our founder & president, Martin Lépine, to the employees, clients, and partners of Paragraph, Inc.
Hello, my name is Martin Lépine, president of Paragraph. Today I’m speaking with you directly from our facilities in Ville Saint-Laurent.
The provincial government has fortunately designated us as an essential manufacturing company. As you may know, Paragraph is very versatile and has different production units: our offset, large format, digital equipment and our flexible packaging manufacturing plant are essential components of a vast majority of our clients’ needs in the food or pharmaceutical industries.
Our entire team understands and agrees to keep operations going at a reduced capacity in these difficult times. We operate with extreme care and with very strict rules for our employees and their families.
Our team has adjusted wonderfully to these new working methods and these new challenges … and I thank them wholeheartedly. It is in these very special times that we realize the quality of our entire organization. Every day we work hard to improve our techniques, our performance, and to innovate. But there is one indicator that we sometimes forget to think about…the human quality of an organization.
I admire our entire Paragraph team. And together we admire all the other companies, no matter their field of activity, that support our communities in these trying times.
For our employees, customers, and partners, please take good care of yourself and your loved ones.
Thank you so much.
