We\u2019re looking forward to digging our way out of the difficulty and getting back to normal. And I\u2019m sure that you\u2019re looking forward too. But normal won\u2019t be the same. Lots of companies and lots of individuals will have been damaged. And it looks like our daily life will be different for the foreseeable future \u2014 different in business and different personally.<\/p>\n

Even though we\u2019re not at normal yet, I think it\u2019s time to begin thinking about the new normal and ways to deal with it. Why not take advantage of this quieter time to begin the process? After all, a crisis is a terrible thing to waste.[\/vc_column_text][vc_row_inner content_aligment=”center” css=”.vc_custom_1612023987918{margin-right: 0px !important;margin-bottom: 28px !important;margin-left: 0px !important;padding-right: 0px !important;padding-left: 0px !important;background-color: #e0e0e0 !important;}”][vc_column_inner width=”1\/2″][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1612969036238{padding-top: 18px !important;padding-right: 10% !important;padding-left: 10% !important;}”]<\/p>\n

1.<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n

Take advantage of this quieter time<\/span><\/h2>\n

Think about what your new normal might look like \u2014 inside your company and outside too.<\/p>\n

We\u2019ll have challenges in safely working together safely, as we come up to full staffing. We\u2019ve made some changes in our office layout and in our workflows. I hope you\u2019re taking the opportunity to identify your internal challenges as your company emerges.<\/p>\n

But we\u2019re also thinking about how we can become a better resource for our customers. How can we become more nimble and responsive? How can we be even more helpful? Be more useful to customers<\/span><\/h2>\n

How can you be more helpful? More nimble and responsive?<\/p>\n

How can we connect when we\u2019re not together? It will require new pathways and new ways of thinking. It\u2019s not a matter of just doing a reboot and going back to the way things were before the crisis.<\/p>\n

At Paragraph, we\u2019re all about making connections \u2014 helping clients to connect with their markets and their customers. What will your company\u2019s challenges be in connecting with your customers? Connect with Your Customers<\/span><\/h2>\n

It\u2019s not enough to be in contact. You have to find new ways to connect with customers. What will your new challenges be?<\/p>\n

Meeting with clients in person will be challenging, as many people continue to work remotely, and as everyone takes special care to avoid unnecessary contacts.<\/p>\n

Direct selling opportunities will become much less frequent. That will make our other communications even more important. How can you make an impact \u2014 a connection \u2014 with your marketing communications?<\/p>\n
